Any skincare products included in your plan will be provided at your first appointment

All treatment plans have a 12-month expiry period. This means all treatments must be completed within 12 months from the date of your first appointment

All treatment plans must be paid in full upfront. Klarna and ClearPay are available options should you wish to spread the cost

Treatment plans are non-refundable and non transferable 

Missed or late cancelled appointments may result in the session being deducted from your plan, in line with the clinic’s cancellation policy
